Smt. Premalatai Chavan College of Architecture Wagheri, Karad established in 2013 has completed 10 years of its existence in quality Architectural education. The Institute is approved by Council of Architecture New Delhi and affiliated to Shivaji University, Kolhapur. Our Institute has grand building structure as per Council of Architecture Norms. Studios, Lecture Rooms, Library, Computer Lab, Laboratories and Workshops are well equipped with latest facilities, which only a few institutes can boast of.
Our Institute has its own Campus of 2.5 Acres with main building, workshop, Gymkhana, Canteen etc. The total built up area is 6000 sq.mts.. The Institute also having its own land of 10 Acres for development of new activities at Wagheri. Extra Curricular activities related to art & culture activities like different Workshops Like Model Making , Arch-Vault-Dome making workshop and Celebration of World Architecture Day etc. Library of Institute is having reference books, textbooks, journals, manuals. E-book facility is also available.
